Two Tier Deck
This 1100 Sq. Ft. Deck was designed to connect the main house to a detached garage. The deck was made to be a social setting for our client and her family and friends. We constructed this deck with cantilever beams to hold large amounts of weight. We also designed it to be maintenance free with composite decking boards, composite railing, and James Hardie Skirt boards. (Landscaping coming soon)

Milledge Heights (Currently Under Construction)
This home in Five Points is being renovated to become a short term rental property for our clients. This home has been a total renovation and is still currently under construction. The largest part of this project is the addition JMAC added to the rear of the house. The addition will be a new mudroom and master bathroom. After tear all the carpet out of the home, we found the existing hardwoods were salvageable and were refinished. The team at JMAC is currently working on the kitchen and the hallway bathroom. More pictures coming soon!

Backyard Deck
This was a fun project out in the middle of the woods. This customer originally wanted to repair parts of the deck, but after getting started with the repairs, the team at JMAC found large amounts of rot and unsafe conditions. After consulting with our clients, both parties decided the best course of action was to replace the landing, stairs, and all handrails. JMAC also made new railings for existing stairs that get super slippery when they are wet.
